AMT is hiring Field Directors and Managers for voter contact projects in multiple states across the nation!
Whether you’re looking to start a new life-long career in politics or just trying to find some short-term work, you’ve come to the right place. Advanced Micro Targeting (AMT) has worked for nearly two decades to put more power in the hands of voters. Our team of petitioners, canvassers, team leaders, and field directors has been active in over 40 states, engaging with the public to give them more choice over their laws and their political representation.
AMT is one of the leading direct democracy firms in the country. We are into big ideas like ending government corruption, giving voters the right to decide what's best for them, and electing leaders who actually listen to the voters.
Talking to voters is our work. We go where the people are. Sometimes that means knocking on doors, and sometimes that means approaching people in parks, libraries, parking lots, and other venues where people gather. Being comfortable working outside is a must.
Our staff come from diverse professional backgrounds, and many have worked with AMT for 5, 10, even 15 years. Previous canvassing, sales or customer service experience is appreciated but not required. We will train the right candidates. More importantly, we will teach you the communication and persuasion skills necessary to succeed in all your future endeavors.
